For every bet365 player!

If you are betting on b365 accounts from Bangladesh (this is one of the few countries where you can use Skrill and Neteller as a payment method - which is important for players), you need a Bangladeshi IP (times where you could play on a Bangladeshi account using e.g. UK IP, have run out).
