I have download the Sia-UI Wallet and got shock that it need download the whole blockchain with it about 20GB at the moment. So I was looking for a lite wallet . Have found https://wallet.siacentral.com/ But this one is an online wallet but I prefer a desktop wallet. Does anyone know a desktop lite wallet?

I hope this bootstrap file could help you to sync the whole blockchain much faster than normal requirement. Even this is old post but they are making backup on daily basis so read this carefully and follow the given instructions.
