First of all: I admit to having made a mistake, especially with regard to the reference to my sources.
But I have to make it clear that I did not get anything from these sources, which were discussed in the accusation against me.

About 1 year ago, I did a 'project work' in the context of a further education, in which I talked about the future of logistics and the possibilities to make it more efficient.
I also have to say that it was not expected from our lecturer that we would give sources. (Which should not be an excuse for this anyway!)

Of course I used different sources.  I was especially interested in the topic of block chain in the interaction of different possible scenarios and processes in logistics.
For this purpose I also briefly dealt with legal issues and read an article by Prof. Dr.Andreas Furrer, which deals with this topic in detail, and used it for my project work:

As already mentioned I may have taken over too much content without marking it.
That was my mistake and that will certainly not happen again...

It's just a pity that I'm not addressed personally (not even parallel to the public accusation) in order to be able to correct misunderstandings, possible mistakes or misfortunes.

I must honestly say that I'm a little perplexed!
A forum ban would be sad, but also no end of my life...
In my case I see a small difference to real copy and paste plagiarism. But maybe I just want to see that!
But okay if you are so determined to fight against such practices, I can understand that, because there is a lot going wrong in this direction.

I can only sincerely apologize for this and in the future I can better point out possible sources!

If you used other sources in your 'project work' doesn't matter. It only matters if you added the original source here in the forum or not. And you did NOT!

Also these links are no proof that YOU actually wrote an article on the topic. Nobody can verify if you took these sources from the internet for an easy bail out of your plagiarism case because you found them online or if you actually wrote it. This is an anonymous forum and you posted something without adding the original source. You should receive your ban accordingly! Same rules for everyone!

How can this case be different from all the other cases? People received a ban for way less. This case is clear!
