I'm not the one that reported your post but if I have to guess, I would say it has to do with the second line in your post:

- You mentioned seeing OP of that thread updating his/her post after you commented ^{[his/her edit was prior to yours]}, therefor your post counted as low-key spam since you repeated an answer ^{[even if both updates were too close]}...

• I know your intention was to help and not to spam.
• This is quite similar to a habit that a lot of higher-ranked members have and that is posting things like "the above user beat me ^{[and other similar things]}"...
