You can always use private messaging with the mod, not sure where it fall's expectations for support, the withdrawals are free, the mobile version isn't optimized and not a priority and doesn't work well for most but seemingly it states there that it doesn't work well for desktop which is the other way around for most of us around here.
I'm not the one to read this nor to say anything just couldn't not observe it, there are perhaps other things, feedback is most welcome.
