After my edu accounts stopped working I decided to try tris service.
Skype communication worked instantly during EU business hours.
They set the account up very quickly and it surely does say unlimited!
I already feel sorry for my ISP as I do encrypted backups.
I'll update my comment if anything changes about my satisfaction.
