A little off topic but i want to know how does the twitch system works. Are the streamers being paid by the twitch on the basis of views ?

So this all is very confusing because real owner is not available and @TwitchStrmrs is hired for bringing some traffic on this twitch channel he is also not replying on channel if he send message on telegram we have no update how can confirm its from him or some other person.
