OUT OF MEMORY, 3GB EVGA 1060--

On launch, Gminer errors out on a 3GB GTX 1060.  The miner is running on Win 7 x64, and there is 16GB RAM and 32GB of virtuqal memory.

I have 8 spare 1060s that I would like to put to use.  Is there a special command argument that is required?
