Generally speaking, higher-level accounts are more trustworthy than lower-level accounts. But the important is what about the quality of the project? And dentifying the quality of the project needs to rely on ourselves to search, to know the project's detail,team,etc...
As everyone knows that accounts can be brought and sold and this makes all the accounts equal to me, in my eyes if a project is announced by either a jr. member or a legendary member will be equal to me as I will do proper research before investing in those projects and won't ever trust any online identity whom I have never met face to face in my entire life even with a single dollar from my funds.
