I don't think it would be possible for XRP to reach $5 because OP had created this topic two years ago and still it is struggling to cross $1 and that makes me think how worst investment OP had made and now going through a bad phase.
You never can tell, the OP might have sold what he has. However, in my own opinion I feel it is possible if there is a another massive bull run. XRP still maintains its position despite not being at price projected by the operator.
ETH has gone far ahead. So, XRP can easily follow while waiting for the market to surge.
