I don't don't think wallets transaction should be our worries here.
Agree that we can monitor transactions on blockchain but the purpose of decentralization becomes off when we try to investigate owner of wallets that performs huge transactions on the chain. Apart from that, the owner can do whatever he/she likes with the coins.
