I would say its a daring move to have your ICO in such bearish alt coin market. Despite so many ICOs coming up every now and then, there is lack of quality ICOs that have real world use cases. The project looks to me attractive, since its solving real issues related to gaming world.
At the present time on crypto platform many ICOs doesn't successful proprely because they don't have proper scalability but WINSSHI have proper solution for that type of issue.so i think this is much better than other ICO.
