Did a 1.5h livestream last night going through a range of settings/configs with the 5600 XT 6GB using only the AMD Driver Tool. Results in video; bottom line 1300 core *800mv /w 1860M and -50% power limit = 75w of usage at nearly 39mh full card. 85w if you want 43.3mh. With a 30-50w System Power you could get 8 of those for 310mh @ 650w!
