Im not having good impression with those projects (xfinance and curious) but i may suggest you to take a look at some new projects like stafi, ramp, nucypher, hedget and many more. The projects that i have mentioned above already supported and backed by a lot of big VC and companies like binance.
hedget will be great project in near time, as i know they be patner for Chromia and also will listing in FTX as major exchanges now. dont forget with rio defi dude as mantra Dao platform i see its hype soo high in many telegram group, alot of them discussing about this project. personally if i have more money i will participate in Hedget and Rio Defi.
