Can someone explain me the tokenomic of this project? I haven't found anything about this.

it says that the site there were 45 million tokens as the total supply but from what I can see on the contract address and there was only around 26 million supply.

Where are the rest of the supply? I know that there was a very simple explanation about the tokenomic of payaccept but this makes me feel curious to know more about this.
