Yes, this ETH situation is definitely interesting, and very profitable for miners, so hopefully it will continue as long as possible!
I'm about to build a 6x 5700 rig... getting GPUs 4 & 5 tomorrow and trying to find a decent deal on #6 now but looks like retailers are getting wise to the demand uptick as the cheapest 5700-XT appears to be the MSI Evoke at $380 but no rebate (I already got 1 of those coming tomorrow for $360 with the August rebate).
Anyway, after that, the last thing i need to build is the open air test bench. I used DIYPC Alpha-DB6 & Alpha-GT3 on my existing 6 rigs but looks like the ended production of them. I contacted their support and they said they had some GT3s in a warehouse they would sell me but that was 5 days ago and now they are very slow to respond to e-mails about setting up shipping, so not sure thats gonna happen. I have a backup bench arriving tomorrow but it's very bare bones compared to those DIYPC ones that i like.
Any chance anyone here has either their GT3 or DB6 they would be willing to sell me?
I've also been tempted to test the DeFi waters... bought a small amount of LINK at the last dip at around $14, but that's been the extent of it so far. I saw that Sushi price explosion yesterday lol... so congrats on that! I've been looking at both ThorChain & Aave too... or maybe i will buy 2% of a yearn.finance token lol ;-)
