It's available now, but we still need updates from op who i can't understand why he left this topic right after creating it and ignore all the questions made above.
I don't suggest anybody to use QOOBER for now until further verification. I made quick search about relevant reviews but found nothing interesting except this user who seems to be lost understanding the concept.
