Look the webarchive link posted by @coboguard where he said "I posted a comment, and it has been deleted", the only comment is from someone named @Visk.
- So we know for sure @codoguard name on medium.com is @Visk (Step1)

Then if you look on google you will see that the same medium account @Visk, as posted long stories advertising both tether-tumbler.com and bitwhisk.io
- So we know that @Visk is the owner of tether-tumbler.com and bitwhisk.io (Step2)

Then, because we already knew @codoguard = @Visk (Step1), we know @codoguard is behind the scam mixer (Step1 + Step2)

And for bonus,
The chipmixer website advertised by @codoguard has been registered with the same registar (NameCheap), and it has been registered just like bitwhisk with a .IO extension
(Does it seems like a coincidence to you ?

So you are right, the person preteding to be a "Scam hunter", is actually the Scammer !
