But undoubtedly some people got screwed by this, and if they have decent posts, by all means, give them the 250 or 500 merit that they need to rank-up.
As far as i know that the requirement for a Legendary rank is
Activity: Random in the range 775-1030
Merit: 1000.
This user taufik123 has 1176 activity and 978 merit. He needs 22 merit for rank up to "Legendary". If a merit source wish, you can help him if you thinks he deserves it.
Also i want to report a post by masulum, i think it deserve more merit.
