I do not think that bitcoin supply will be completed soon, do remember that each 4 year halving cuts the new minting of bitcoins by half so this process is continuously being slowed down and according to estimates it will complete in next 100 years.
If this tech will survive till then obviously the value of these coins will je in millions..
