Flag opposed as no scam appears to have occurred judging by the lack of "evidence" in the OP.

The accused *may* be setting up an unsuspecting punter, but a cautionary negative trust feedback linking to this thread would be sufficient, otherwise we may as well plant flags on every person we don't like's profile because they made dubious claims in the past.
