That's a low result from a RX480, you should be getting 30 to 32MH/s mining Ethash algorithm, it's probably that the GPU is getting way too hot, if this is it then it will lose its hashing speed for sure, you can get thermal pads on the memories on the gpu, not that hard and change the thermal paste too- Edit only Mem Timing.
