well, now you are not fare..... changing payment options during the month....
half of the payment period most of people have full sized signature....
I think I read in one of the posts that he was going to pay the full rate up to the point the sigs changed, and only after that, pay the new rate.
It was actually Stunna's post when he announced the new rules (and I quoted it on the previous page)...
