For the sake of interest, I checked and indeed many popular online casinos pop up a warning that you want to bet the maximum amount.
If the warning does not pop up, it is a failure of the casino developers. Perhaps this is a common mistake, or perhaps it was done on purpose. It is impossible to prove that they did it intentionally.
In any case, the best punishment for them will be that you stop playing there and they will lose a regular visitor. Perhaps someone else after reading your message will also decide not to play there anymore.
Unfortunately I think this is the only option left, the OP gave this casino yet another chance even when he has run into some problems in the recent past, he does not tell to us what were those problems but if I were himself I would have never played in a casino in which I had problems but to each his own, and then something like this happens to him and loses all of his money in a bet that he didn't want to make.
As such his only option is to avoid this casino from now on, unfortunately it is an expensive lesson to learn but at least if you stop playing in casinos that employ aunfair tactics then this is not going to happen to you again.
