Not everything that's published on Forbes or any news media articles, you should trust them quickly. The Defi's are on the peak hype and they are pushing to the extent that they want to gain more investors and this is just part of the marketing.

I think of it as paid article. As we can see, there were defi projects that became pump and later on, dumped hardly. The market has turned into bloodbath just this day and too many investors are worrying again.
The hype investors will be gone for a while and will turn back again if the market shows resiliency which is an absolute and happening as usual.
