Well we could do website sign-up/ IP checking as someone suggested. It would take a bit of coordination/ effort but not impossible.
Yeah extra work, but blocking proxy traffic and track IP's should help!
Good luck blocking all tor and proxy traffic. Even if you somehow could, I would simply go around to 20 different public wifi spots in order to sign up from unique ip addresses.
If you want to require identification to claim stakes, I will get to work borrowing people's identification and acquiring fake id scans (extremely easy to fake an id scan in photoshop)
Why go through all this trouble refunding accounts? It's already the fairest and most evenly spread ipo in crypto history, even with all the sockpuppets. Changing the rules and refunding stakes turns strong believers in NEM (people who put in the work to acquire multiple stakes) into NEM haters. Utopian future even said it himself:
"That's a lot of work already and if someone can go through all of that they have shown a lot of interest in NEM and probably deserve their stakes."
It is unfair a lot of people to change the terms of the ipo multiple times and start refunding people just because they offend you.
I dont't understand your hostility, more than likely you have a few accounts and have been found out, this is rational as your actions are not !
