Bitcoin addresses are psuedononymous. The addresses created by the wallet can all be traced back to that wallet. All the transactional details are there.

But there's no information on who exactly used the wallet unless they purposefully linked their identity to the address used a vanity address or digital signature, or used a 3rd party address like Coinbase or an app like cash app which ties to their identity. So the answer is No.
