Well.. it is understandable if binance (especially cz) listing sushi (next perhaps ramen) in their platform without any fees. He doesn't want his platform (read=profit) moved to uniswap. As you know, there's lots of investors money in defi's project. This situation has been acknowledged by cz through his tweet (and his tweet has been deleted by himself i suppose).
