These are all alt accounts from the same person and in addition to plagiarism we also have ban evasion (as others have already mentioned) and merit abuse.
I am still preparing a full report with references although I am not quite sure where is the best place to post it or should I create a new topic in Meta?

Have you seen the ban evasion link in my post? All accounts are banned.

That's great. I hadn't noticed that they are already banned so I thought the moderators needed more persuasion. Wink

I see that there is one account left active. Maybe you could add him to your report as well?
