How many hours do you sleep in a day and how sleeping actually feels?
I try and get at least 8 hours a night. I'm not the best of risers in the world so if I get less than 8 I find it near impossible to get myself up for work. Have recently started a meditation program so I'm hoping that will help. It's basically putting your body into a frequency where it makes you more relaxed and the plan is to wake up each morning full of energy.
