Why is Ditex not fixing exchange rates?
We do not fix exchange rates and have never fixed them due to the volatility of cryptocurrencies, where the rate of any currency can fluctuate every minute. This is why the final rate may be slightly higher or lower than expected at the end of the transaction. The introduction of fixed rates will require us to cover market risks due to currency volatility, which will lead to an increase in our commission. Instead, it charges a fairly low commission (0.5%) and offers the best rate available at the time the transaction is completed.
