There are lots of ideas. But it's necessary that on your part, it's not just an idea but you know actually how it can be done.
Try to find some people around you. Maybe there's a person or group in your local community that might have an idea about coding.
And as suggested above, try to lurk at the
Project Development section of the forum. But take note, I'm sure no one will message you about that so give them reason to reach you instead by describing everything about your concept and idea. No need to detail all the private Infos, just try to think of a way how can you catch other's attention.
