There are hundreds of accounts owned by these scammers.

This is a well known tactic to cold call a user on a social media and tell them that a big prize is waiting somewhere but lack a small amount. That is the greed inducing statement.

I think you can report to Namecheap about the site for being fraud, I dont know if they will take action but you should try. For the record, these are not scam accusations but just scam attempts on other sites using crypto as the payment method.
