Well it's not all about healthy food, I was 15kg above my normal weight and now during covid lockdown I take them down.
Nothing special, start drink more water, avoid bread, coca cola and all these drinks, cooking everyday at home different type of meat, make regular meal (before I use to it when I feel hungry, sometimes 5 times a day), was jogging in morning with friends and that's pretty much everything, and I was regulate my sleep cycle.
But that's me, every human is different.
