Look man, i dont think you would find anything or anyone here, am a junior web developer myself and I can tell you that no serious software developer will accept to join you without asking for payment maybe weekly or monthly.

My advice is if you are really serious, then hire a software developer and pay him or her a one off fee to set the software side of your project rolling, with that, you know have something to show to your prospective team members, from this, they will see how far you've gone with the project and how serious you take it, that way, you will have a better chance of finding people to join you more quickly than just posting here with no evidence of anything at all.
