Actually coffee is bad for our health.

Take any coffee with rich caffeine content to feel refresh in the morning but don't take any coffee after lunch it will affect your sleeping time.
That may be true but funnily for me I can have a coffee before bedtime and not affect my sleeping at all. I prefer one in the morning to get me going but also drink green tea. About 2 or three each most days. In moderation I believe it's fine it's those that are addicted to coffee that have say 10 plus cups a day may not be good long term.
I drink coffee most in the morning, after lunch and dinner. I don't have issue with sleeping during my 50 years of living.
