You cant deny electric cars are good, but theyre a long way off from being as good as cars which run off fuel for long distances. Hopefully this will improve over the years with technology!
My friend in Tesla travel everywhere, as there is a lot of fast charging station there is no problem to take break every few hundred miles, but yeah if you travel often and making big distances can be problem for you as you will lose a lot of time, but in next 10 years I think so that there will be better batteries which will make huge range without problem, or simply buy trailer for your el. car and put one big diesel generator and you are fine
You will make noise as well so you won't be threat in traffic
