Gambling is not going to help the economy to get recover unless it is a country where people from other countries gambles a lot than their own citizen and there are only few places in this world fits into such criteria and they have enough casinos and also facing lot of restrictions while running their casinos.

Casinos also offers job to people, after this pandemic there will be a lot of people racing to find a job and one of the places to reopen are these casinos that will be needing employees. These casinos don't just need people for the tqble, the bar and so on but also these places offers rooms and some venues too.

I think it won't be good to be paid comfortably as an employee at the expense of customers/bettors taking big risk with their money/time (gambling) without you doing anything about it or preventing it.
Betting centers/casinos should perhaps focus more getting their customers bet responsibily rather than gamble. And they should offer only good games/sports for customers

They are working, and I don't think that is bad or uncomfortable for them. I don't think working at that would relate to anything you are saying since that is not your job. Your job is to take care of a table, offer services to these people. So if you are an employee of a certain restaurant you would stop these people from eating there because they are using their money? Who are you to tell them that, you should tell that to the gamblers themselves to stop, not the casinos are responsible for them.
