For me its as follows:
1. Wake up at 7am
2. Wash and have some breakfast ready to start work at 8am.
3. Work 8 hours from home.
4. Finish work and have a quick bite to eat then head to the gym!
5. Stay at the gym for roughly 2 hours.
6. Go home and cook dinner.
7. Tidy up the house and then relax in front of the tv till about 11pm.
8. Go to sleep and get roughly 7-8 hours sleep.
9. Repeat!
