Hello. Blocked 1.2kk trx - no email response. Today morning i wrote new email to security@bitcasino.io and still no response.
According to their Term Condition :
Did you change some password of your account? because when you change the password or any information account your account will be locked for the next 48 hours and other activity deposit from BTCXE service was also one of the reason the withdrawal was blocked too.
So, if you change some password and other data of you account what u need just wait 48 hours. Can't do anything to much i think.
