They sent me link to video verification, but its not accept my national passport. I maked new driver license, because national passport not accept in service. Link to verification expired, bitcasino not answer from 29 august.

If this scam, i dont understand why, because 1.2kk trx its not all, i deposit bigger amounts and no problem, i dont understand why they not answer me.
