Counter for the period between initial post and first (or even include the last) editing time. Last year (maybe), there is a discussion thread on a hidden tricky method of spammers to get their post quota.

They simply make initial post like that "Reserve" to reserve enough posts for post quota to get payment each week. Then, they come back later to add contents.
