thanks for the advice i would like to stay online if possible, would you know of any other way to do that, trading in person wouldnt be the best option for me right now 

In that case:

- You can use the currency exchange board and try to find someone who can mail you the cash.
- Use Western Union (assuming that it's the meeting with the buyer that you don't want to do, and not disclosing your identity).
- If you don't care about going through identity verification (which apparently you don't, otherwise you wouldn't be using Paxful) you can order a debit card and withdraw cash from it, if it's only the selling that you're interested in.
- You can also use Bitcoin ATMs (to either buy or sell), but take note, the fees are outrageous: https://coinatmradar.com/country/226/bitcoin-atm-united-states/
- If your bank has a problem with PayPal and Zell, maybe you should try and use Skrill instead. I've never had any problems before.
