Also the problem is, can any casino afford 50$ for everyone new gambler? What if you just get lucky and turn it into 500$ and cash out? I think the welcome bonuses should always be linked to some sort of deposit bonus, a 100 or 200% bonus is a good start for any new gambler. Giving away money for free doesn't work in the long run and would attract a lot of hackers trying to take advantage.
Fiat sportsbooks give bonuses like that but at most they give something like 25 dollars and that is by far the maximum that I have ever seen, a bonuses on your deposit seems like a better idea to the casino since this is dependent on how much money you deposited with them on the first place, still those bonuses come with too many strings attached and for the most part experimented gambler do not like them as they know the rollover requirements are so high no one can hope to reach them.
