I don't think so that level of 10,000-12,000 USD will catch up per Ethereum will reach anyhow ever. But if you have any analysis for it can you tell how it will be. If i think anytime that bitcoin ever reached his price level to 100k and we must think about Ethereum will reach upto 10k-12k itself we all know alt coin have a price level changing connection with Bitcoin it's dominate the market price level or market depends on bitcoin price level for others coins you call. The way only i can think that can possible to touch the price level.
I think it is still very far for ETH to reach the price of 10k in the near future, of course this is not certain because so far the highest price has only reached 1000k and until now the highest price has not yet been broken again.
Moreover, project 2.0 also has not progressed until now, I think the initial target for 2020 is at $ 1k in advance to determine the direction of movement whether it can be broken or not.
