I made a withdraw from the site yesterday and its now 10 hours since I did it and I have not received my btc to my wallet.
What is the problem with the site? I have uploaded ID and Proof of adress also.
And I get no response when I try to reach this winz.io team on email and on the live chat on the site.
How long can it take?
Do anyone else have problem with withdraw?

I had a similar situation. The problem was that I created two accounts at the same time, and this is prohibited by the rules of the casino. It came, delete one of the accounts and the problem was solved.
