Just saw the following clause in your terms and services. How will you make sure that no one who is under age accesses your site and do not play gambling at robodice ?
At this point, we can't make sure of that.
When however we are apply for the iGaming license, then we will have to most likely ask users for their information for KYC reasons, in order to let them continue to place bets on Robodice.
When are you going to get the iGaming license ? I understand that KYC is a must in order to check and implement the age restrictions but I would highly recommended to remove that clause and do not implement KYC. Most gamblers do not want to disclose their identity and the sites which demand KYC are not famous among the users here.
