If you look at his post again it has now been edited. You can see in the screenshot he provided how much bitcoin he requested for withdrawal. Based on his transaction history, it is stated that he has two withdrawal requests. My question now to the complainant is whether it is different or just double?

According to him, he underwent KYC, he uploaded and submitted his Identification and Proof of address.

I hope he comes back and gives an update in case his problem is solved.
