They will work in physical and online shops in US, which accept European credit cards. They won't work for US PayPal verification, as that requires US bank account to be verified.

I answered this question in your PM, but will answer here again anyway, so the others could see:
Probably not, because UK PayPal requires UK bank account to be verified, as far as I know. These cards have Polish bank accounts attached to them.
Same goes for US and Canada PayPals. Although, I never tried these cards with US, Canaa or UK PayPal, so I really can't confirm that.
You can use them to purchase stuff with a UK paypal account but they will only verify a polish paypal account
