Coinbase just keeps adding more and more shitcoins to its platform, but still after many years can't manage to make the Coinbase debit card available for U.S. based users.

Coinbase has been doing everything in its power to separate you from your coins and that has not changed. They have also been sharing your private data (Goldmann Ballsacks got mine from them).
Banks and credit card companies are doing their best against that happening.
They will resist anything that will give you control of your keys and an on/off ramp as that gives you freedom.
Watching Coinbases moves over the years paints a picture of working with the institutional system to control bitcoin users.
I find it extremely frustrating when true bitcoiners are blind to this fact.
